William will acquit them, half a mark at the usual terms. If the lessees build or repair houses within the manor, their expenses shall be allowed in the rent. William shall not agist any cattle except his own of Trewyk, in the pasture of Trewyk, nor use as pasture any land anciently arable land or meadow, and shall grind his corn of the said land, at the mill of Trewyk, quit of multure. If, at the end of the term of seventeen years, the lessees wish to hold the said manor in fee and inheritance, they shall pay ten pounds of silver yearly at the said terms. -'itnesses: Thomas de Bekering, Gilbert de Schafthow, John Gray of fa-lingtou, John son of Hugh de Camhow, William de Crokeston.
