William will acquit them, half a mark at the usual terms. If the lessees build or repair houses within the manor, their expenses shall be allowed in the rent. William shall not agist any cattle except his own of Trewyk, in the pasture of Trewyk, nor use as pasture any land anciently arable land or meadow, and shall grind his corn of the said land, at the mill of Trewyk, quit of multure.
