In den geringeren Graden ‚des Leidens sind es zunächst schmerzliehe Vorstellungen, die sich auf Grund der schmerz 1iehen Stimmungslage ganz spontan darbieten und eine Steigerung des psychischen Schmerzes hervorrufen. Auf einer 2. Stufe der psychischen Verstimmung haben selbst Vorstellungen die unter normalen Yerhältnissen Gefühle der Lust erzeugen Würden, diese Wirkung, auf der Aeme des Zustands wird jeder psychische Vorgang, nicht blos das Vorstellen, sondern sogar die Sinneswahrnehmung zur Quelle psychischen Schmerzes. Wir können dann in Wahr heit von einem Zustand psychischer Hyperästhesie sprechen.
