Aber die Ansichten des Verfassers uber die Ziele der Begriffsbildung sind mit seinen Anschauungen über die Methode der Rechtsbildung so eng verknüpft, dass sie ohne Kenntniss der letzteren nicht verstanden werden können. Deshalb erschien es richtig, vier Aufsätze aus den Jahren 1905 und 1906, in denen diese Anschauungen niedergelegt wurden, die aber in der Deutschen juristen-zeitung resp. Im „tag erschienen und deshalb nicht jederzeit zugänglich sind, hier noch einmal mit abzudrucken.
