First of all, this book was actually published in 2007 . . . but if I use the 2007 where I'm supposed to the "generator" won't let me use the ISBN. This is a copy of Contemporary Precalculus, A Graphing Approach, Fourth Edition, written by Thomas W. Hungerford. The book is in very good condition. It appears to have been used once. It's a large book with 1006 pages which include a Subject Index, an Index of Applications, 13 Chapters with answers to the odd numbered problems in the back, a Table of Contents, and diagrams throughout.
