Reseña del editor:
This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the original. Due to its age, it may contain imperfections such as marks, notations, marginalia and flawed pages. Because we believe this work is culturally important, we have made it available as part of our commitment for protecting, preserving, and promoting the world's literature in affordable, high quality, modern editions that are true to the original work.
Reseña del editor:
Probably the best excuse for a second edition is that the first has been sold out. If so, this may be alleged with justice as an explanation in the present case. A nother reason, equally potent, is that the production of this new edition makes possible the inclusion of the coloured illustrations by Mr. Christmas :additions much welcomed by the author, since they cannot fail to serve as an invaluable aid to the text. In a country of such rapid progress as Argentina that which holds good for to-day seldom applies to to-morrow. Therefore, although the first edition is a very few years old, a certain number of alterations has been found necessary in order to bring the book up to date. W. H. KOEBEL. A tigust 28, 1914.
