Clean too, except for some brown spots on pages 153,154, 155, 156, 157. also 2 spots on the front inside board and the ffep. There is also a 2 1/2 slit at the lower edge of spine at the inner front board and ffep. There is a gift inscription from the author on the ffep as follows" To Jacquie, from Christopher D. "still musing the unconquerable hope" (see page 192). There is also a page inserted written to the author from a Gillon Aitken from Anthony Sheil Associates Limited (London). Orange boards with gold gilt lettering on the spine in almost very good condition, with only minimal edgewear, light bumping at spine edge. The orange and black dust jacket with black and white lettering is in good condition with minor wear, small chips and tears, tanning to inner cover edges and along spine. Spotting and foxxing to the top page edges and light tanning on fore-edge. A publisher's reader examines the pitfalls facing the aspiring novelist. 192 pages. Signed by Authors.
