At the age of 15 during a high school work-study program Wayne Elsey took a fateful job in a shoe store. He quickly realized that he found his passion in the footwear industry. Through the years, Wayne worked his way up in his career. He went on to develop in the field in various positions in manufacturing, management, sales and marketing. He served as President of Kodiak-Terra USA and as President and CEO of Footwear Specialties International (FSI) where he grew the revenue 400 percent during his five-year tenure. After the 2004 Indian Ocean tsunami and earthquake, Wayne’s life took another life-changing turn.
