The ethics of human development could be called the ethics of personal responsibility, the ethics of self-actualization, the ethics of teamwork and collaboration. By whatever name, they are the ethics by which we educate, mature and enlighten ourselves.

An ethical culture is a culture continuously in the process of minimizing its self- destructiveness (fraud, libel, theft, negligence, abuse, etc.) while at the same time maximizing its prospects for survival and success. It is a culture actively involved in supporting the ethical growth and development of its members.

This book defines and clarifies the ethics of human development while also providing the tools and processes integral to building ethical organizational cultures. Hopefully, it can be of use to individuals, teachers, trainers and human resource personnel interested in providing ethics of human development training in their organizations and classrooms.
