Richard Bryant-Jefferies has a life-long interested in spirituality. His experience as a counsellor enabled him to develop an understanding of psychological processes and growth. Richard has over 20 books published on therapeutic themes. He lives in Surrey in the UK and now works in the field of Equalities and Diversity.
