Bill Feldmaier is a visionary, take-charge leader and author of The Millennial Success Quotient (The MSQ), a book that helps Millennials (and their managers) excel together in the workplace. With a degree in Organizational Communication, Learning & Design from the Roy H. Park School of Communications at Ithaca College, Bill’s desire to lead goes back to his roots. Whether it was playing Little League in the suburbs of Detroit or earning a full-ride scholarship to play quarterback at the University at Buffalo, he learned from a supportive foundation and applied a belief system to succeed. His experiences playing sports impacted his professional career by teaching him the importance of being dedicated, leading teams, overcoming adversity and winning. After college, Bill became a vice president of retirement plan sales for an investment company in his mid-20s, then senior vice president of retirement services for a publicly traded bank at age 28. Today, Bill is a loving husband, father of four boys and enjoys collaborating on the impacts of Gen Y. Through his book, Bill shares his perspective so that other Millennial leaders can develop the skills necessary for their own relative success.
