Dunaetz is currently Assistant Professor of Psychology at Azusa-Pacific University and an adjunct professor of French at Claremont Graduate University. He has degrees from Harvey Mudd College, the University of Southern California, Denver Seminary, the University of Paris/La Sorbonne, Fuller Theological Seminary, and Claremont Graduate University. His present research program focuses on conflict resolution in churches and mission organizations.

David Dunaetz is an Associate Professor of Leadership and Organizational Psychology at Azusa Pacific University. Previously he was a church-planting missionary in France for 17 years. His present research focuses on interpersonal conflicts in Christian organizations, such as churches and missions. He is especially concerned about conflict processes that can either increase or decrease an organization's effectiveness in carrying out its mission. This research is done from both a social and organizational psychology framework. His ultimate goal is to help Christians better love and serve God and one another in whatever organizations they find themselves.
