Ross is the president of Mainstream Life Solutions, a character and curriculum development company that empowers individuals to live fulfilled and impactful lives through character and leadership education. He is the author of the book, Building You, and the interactive Overcoming the Character Deficit curriculum for schools and organizations. Ross is a certified John C. Maxwell coach, teacher and speaker and trains at organizational and individual levels through seminars and workshops. He resides in East Liverpool, Ohio with his wife, Brittany, and their two children.
