Dr. Gary Mayes serves as Executive Director of ChurchNEXT, a division of Church Resource Ministries (CRM). In this role, he leads the work of more than 125 staff on fourteen pioneering teams who work worldwide to transform the impact of the church, by helping leaders and churches succeed in making disciples and transforming their communities. Prior to becoming a missionary with CRM, Gary served in pastoral roles for 20 years and has been training, consulting, and writing for church leaders for more than 30. He is committed to the church that is as well as the church that could be. The mission of his life is simple: help leaders and churches rediscover what it means to live on mission every day.
