The chapter on non-infective and non-neoplastic conditions has been enlarged considerably and divided into smaller chapters on more focused topics. The surgical treatment chapter now gives more perspective of the role of the various techniques in the overall management of vulvar disease. Finally, a new chapter on vulvodynia has been added to this edition.
