Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Author Rev. Dr. William R. Phillippe received his formal education at Muskingum University, Pittsburgh Theological Seminary and Princeton Theological Seminary. His career includes being Senior Pastor of several congregations including Fifth Avenue Presbyterian NYC, Lake Forest Presbyterian in Illinois and administrative offices as Synod Executive and Acting Executive Director of the General Assembly Mission Council of the Presbyterian denomination. A number of significant assignments include member of the Joint Committee on Union bringing together the northern and southern Presbyterian denominations, Chair of the Civil and Religious Liberty Committee of the World Council of Reformed Churches, and Official Representative of the Council to the Review Conference of the Helsinki Accords.
