Oliver "Buck" Revell runs an international security consulting business in Dallas, where he also serves as president of the Crime Commission and is president of the Washington-based Institute for the Study of Terrorism and Political Violence. He is a frequent lecturer for law enforcement, professional, and civic groups on criminal justice and national security issues.
