Ann Cavoukian, Ph.D, is the Assistant Commissioner of the Information and Privacy Commission in Toronto. She is considered an expert in the field of privacy and has written and lectured extensively on the subject.

Don Tapscott is the co-author of Paradigm Shift: The New Promise of Information Technology, and the author of The Digital Economy. He is currently Vice Chair of the council for an Ontario Information Infrastructure, and has consulted and lectured to leading enterprises around the world.
