Biografía del autor
Born in Korea, Dr Young Woo Kang is blind. He was educated in Korea and Pennsylvania. He was director of the Indiana Department of Special Education and President Bush's appointee, and confirmed by the US Senate to the National Council on Disability. Dr Kang frequently speaks at national events and to congregations.
