Angles and Saxons moved into the British Isles, followed by the Vikings, changing the makeup of England. And to the south, Mohammad founded the Moslem religion, causing new population pressures as the religion and its followers spread north, as well as east and west. Genghis Khan and his people brought a new wave of conquest from the East, and when his empire weakened, Russian tribes moved into Siberia.
