Vital Germaine’s fascinating journey across three continents to achieve success in the US against all odds, personifies the power of the human spirit. Since moving to America with only a dream in his pocket and running away with Cirque du Soleil, Vital has since become a successful business owner, a top selling author, keynote speaker, employee engagement specialist and consultant. Vital received a Languages and Communications Degree from what's now called, Syntra West College in Belgium. He is currently earning a Business and Fine Arts Degree from the University of Nevada Las Vegas and Community College of Southern Nevada. He is a published fine artist, a lover of dogs and travelling. Vital is also fluent in English, French, and Dutch.
