Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor
Henk Plaatje is Racing Rules Co-ordinator at the Dutch Sailing Association. His advisory work for countless racing commitees has brought racing in Holland to a higher level. He is a keen racing sailor, mainly as crew on IMS yachts and Swans.
