Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Brendan Munnelly is a technical author, editor and journalist. He has written dozens of user guides and on-line help systems for software products. Brendan is a frequent contributor to the technical and mainstream media, and currently writes a weekly computer column for the Evening Herald. Paul Holden, founder and Managing Director of Redacteurs Software Documentation Limited has been explaining technology for over twenty years. He is a fellow of the Irish Computer Society and chairman of European Computer Driving Licence (Ireland). He is also a member of the Irish Council for Science, Technology and Innovation.
