This (relatively) compact reference for trustees describes the rights, duties, and obligations of the parties once the trustee takes title to trust property. Coverage includes relevant treatises, restatements, law review articles, uniform statutes, and cases. The contents of Sections 70-81 of the Restatement (Third) of Trusts, recently adopted and promulgated by the American Law Institute, have been incorporated into the 2006 edition. The volume also features the addition of 22 new sections, addressing such topics as spousal rights in common law states, the two party rule, and subrogation doctrine. Rounds teaches at Suffolk U.
