Scott Cole burst onto the fitness scene when he starred in the bestselling videos Abs of Steel, Millennium Stretch, and Discover Tai Chi video series. He has since been featured as a fitness expert in more than 300 magazines and television shows, including shows on ABC, NBC and articles in HGTV, USA Today, Men's Fitness, Shape, GQ, and Fit. One of the most sought-after fitness speakers in the world, Cole also has helped many celebrities achieve their peak physical condition. His clients include Christian Bale (American Psycho) and Gena Lee Nolan (Baywatch).

Scott Cole's professional accomplishments include being named one of IDEA's Top Five Fitness Instructors in the world, being an AFAA Notable, and presenting the Best Abs on Earth program at the Olympic Center in Moscow. He resides in Palm Springs, California.

Tom Seabourne, PhD, has over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry. He has been featured on numerous television shows and in magazine articles, including Sports Illustrated as Athlete of the Month, Men's Fitness as Sportsman of the Month, and Men's Exercise as Mr. Fitness. Cycling and martial arts are among his chief interests. He holds several distance records in ultra cycling as well as a third-dan black belt in karate and taekwondo. He is also a two-time AAU national taekwondo champion.

Certified by the American Council on Exercise and the American College of Sports Medicine, Seabourne has written two previous books and more than 200 magazine articles. He resides in Mt. Pleasant, Texas.
