Emily Dubberly is a psychology graduate specializing in issues of self-esteem and personal empowerment. She was the founding editor and is currently editor-at-large of Scarlet, a magazine for women that launched in the UK in October 2004. Emily is the author of several books, including Brief Encounters: The Women's Guide to Casual Sex and Things a Woman Should Know About Seduction. Nominated as Writer of the Year in 2005's Erotic Awards, Emily is frequently quoted as a sexpert in such magazines as Cosmopolitan, Elle, and Company, and she has been featured on international TV programs. She lives in London.
