Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor
Phyllis Root is the author of the picture books Mrs Potter's Pig; One Windy Wednesday; The Hungry Monster; Turnover Tuesday; Foggy Friday; Meow Monday; What Baby Wants; Aunt Nancy and Old Man Trouble; Aunt Nancy and Cousin Lazybones and One Duck Stuck. She lives in Minnesota, USA, with her two daughters. Jill Barton did a degree in illustration at Metropolitan University in Manchester as a mature student and has now illustrated several children's books for Walker. Her other titles are The Happy Hedgehog Band; The Pig in the Pond (Highly Commended as runner-up for the Kate Greenaway Medal); Little Mo (all three by Martin Waddell); The Caterpillow Fight; What Baby Wants and four stories about Baby Duck.
