Dr. Ron Basu is a world renowned expert and established author in project management and operational excellence. Currently the Director of Performance Excellence Ltd., he is also a Visiting Fellow at Henley Business School, SKEMA Business School and a Visiting Tutor at Essex Business School. Currently consulting to blue-chip clients around the world he has previously held senior management roles in GSK, GlaxoWellcome and Unilever.
