He contributes regularly to a whole host of newspapers and magazines from The Independent to The Mirror, Hello to Radio Times, My Weekly Bella. He has written two previous books. David Croft's TV series include: Dad's Army, It Ain't Half Hot Mum, Hi-De-Hi, You Rang M'Lord and Oh Doctor Beeching. Jeremy Lloyd is an actor and writer. As a writer he created the best-selling Captain Beaky books and co-wrote Allo Allo with David Croft.
