Reseña del editor:
This cookbook features recipes for dishes from all over the Mediterranean region - Italy, Greece, France, Spain, North Africa and the Middle East. Recipes include classic dishes such as Bouillabaisse, Moussaka and Risotto alla Milanese as well as more exotic dishes such as Brandade de Morue, Greek Easter Bread and Spiced Duck with Pears. With step-by-step photographs and easy-to-follow recipes, cooks of all skill levels should be able to bring Mediterranean cuisine to their own kitchens. Recipes are included for appetisers, soups and salads as well as main courses, side dishes and desserts, allowing experimental cooks to mix and match, combining, for example, Spanish tapas with a Greek entree and a Moroccan dessert.
