Tom Hammell has been riding a bike as long as he can remember. As an avid bike rider and ride leader with the Princeton Freewheelers he rides over 2,500 miles a year leading other riders through the beautiful back roads of the Northeast.

Mark Ploegstra is an avid cyclist who has crossed many states by bicycle. He sometimes loads his bike with a week's camping gear, and sometimes with just enough to go across town. No matter how much he carries, though, he always enjoys life best from the seat of a bicycle.
