James Ramsden is a 20-something chef hailed by The Times (London) as one of the 40 bloggers really count. He trained at the famous Ballymaloe cooking school in Ireland before launching the Secret Larder Supper Club. He blogs and tweets about his cooking exploits at www.jamesramsden.com and @jteramsden.
