'She has consulted with federal, state, and city governments on performance measures, workforce readiness, and implementing evidence-based practice.' She was 'Editor-in-Chief of Health Care Management Review for 15 years.' She received her Master’s and PhD from the University of Washington School of Nursing, with a minor in health services research from the School of Public Health at University of Washington.
