Dr. Robert Attard is a lawyer by profession engaged as a tax consultant with a leading Maltese business advisory firm. Robert is a visiting part-time lecturer (Tax Law) at the University of Malta and a BPP lecturer. Robert is the author of the successful Malta, A Collection of Tales and Narratives series commissioned by the Edward De Bono Foundation (Malta) and the principal author of BPP's Course Notes Taxation 2.3 - Malta Variant. Robert is a collector of military headgear and has published extensively on the Evolution of Military Headgear and Military antiques.
