Mary Vail, Joe Vassallo, and Virginia Martino founded the Las Vegas-based Three V Enterprises as a platform to seek out, honor, and celebrate artisans globally. In 2009, they established the Global AquaTekture Visionary Awards (GAVA), an international water-inspired design competition.
