He is the director of consultation and emergency psychiatric services and director of managed care services for psychiatry at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. MARK R. LOVELL is the director of the section of psychology and neuropsychology in the Department of Psychiatry at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He is also associate professor of psychiatry at the Pittsburgh campus of Allegheny University. ANTHONY M. TRACHTA is director of managed care for psychiatric services at Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic.
