Jay R. Galbraith-- an internationally recognized expert on organization design-- is a senior research scientist at the Center for Effective Organizations at the University of Southern California and professor emeritus at the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) in Lausanne, Switzerland. He consults regularly with international clients in the United States, Europe, Asia, and South America. He is the author of Designing the Global Corporation and coauthor of Organizing for the Future and Tomorrow's Organization.
