Arthur G. Lipman, PharmD, FASHP, is Professor in the College of Pharmacy, directs clinical pharmacology in the Pain Management Center and serves on the Pain Medicine and Palliative Care Advisory Group of the Huntsman Cancer Center at the University of Utah Health Sciences Center. He is a past president of the Utah State Cancer Pain Initiative, a member of the Board of Directors of the American Alliance of Cancer Pain Initiatives and a member of the Ethics Task Force of the American Pain Society American Academy of Pain Medicine. Kenneth C. Jackson II, PharmD, is Manager for Clinical Pharmacy Services at St. Dominic-Jackson Memorial Hospital and on the clinical faculty at the University of Mississippi School of Pharmacy in Jackson, Mississippi. Dr. Jackson currently is Co-Chair of the Mississippi Cancer Pain Initiative. Linda S. Tyler, PharmD, FASHP, is Professor at College of Pharmacy and Manager of Drug Information Services at University Hospitals and Clinics of the University of Utah Health Sciences Center.
