Karim Rashid opened his own design practice in New York City in 1993 and has gone on to work for a wide array of clients around the world, including Umbra, Idee, Issey Miyake, Prada, Armani, and Sony. He lectures across the globe and sits on design juries for many of the top academies and prizes. He is one of the most well-regarded, prominent, and prolific designers in the world.
