Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

A retired teacher, Howard Pelham loves to travel and study the history of the places he visits. The idea for Highline Riders came to him while on a visit to the historic Yuma Prison in Arizona.

Howard has an interest in nature as well, and this is reflected in his novels with their detailed descriptions of plant and animal life. Reared on a farm in southern Alabama, he has also always had a special love of horses despite an experience where his leg was broken after a rambunctious bronco threw him from his mount.

Howard has written sixteen western novels. Presently, he lives in Denver, Colorado and writes full time.
