Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Stephen Palmer is the Director of the Centre for Stress Management, London and the Centre for Multimodal Therapy, London. He is editor of Counselling Psychology Review, former editor of Counselling, and a Fellow of the British Association for Counselling. He has authored or edited over 10 books, including Counselling: The BAC Counselling Reader (with Dainow and Milner, SAGE, 1996).

Gladeana McMahon is an experienced counsellor and cognitive-behavioural psychotherapist. She has run a successful private practice since 1988, providing counselling, training and counselling supervision. She is the author of Starting Your Own Private Practice (1994).
