Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

James W. Holsinger Jr., MD, PhD, MACP, is the Charles T. Wethington Jr. Endowed Chair in the Health Sciences Emeritus at the University of Kentucky. He served as secretary of the Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services from 2003 to 2005. F. Douglas Scutchfield, MD, FACPM, FAAFP, DSc (Hon), DHL (Hon), is the Peter P. Bosomworth Endowed Professor of Health Services Research and Policy Emeritus at the University of Kentucky.
