Contributors include Anthony Burrill, Nick Higgins, Kim Hiorthoy, Kinsey, John Maeda, Mike Mills, Akio Morishima, Reggie Pedro, Graham Rounthwaite and Kam Tang. As well as presenting a stunning collection of work, the book offers an overview of the profession's own perspective on its role and purpose: answering a simple set of questions, the contributors comment on their motivation and working methods, and give their views on the role of technology and its effect on their work.

Angus Hyland is a partner at the London studio of the international design group Pentagram Design. His award-winning work includes corporate identity, book design, fashion campaigns, and commercials. Angus Hyland lives in London, England.
