Connie C. Rockman is a specialist in children’s literature as well as an experienced librarian and storyteller. An Adjunct Professor at several universities in Connecticut as well as San Jose State University School of Library and Information Science, she teaches graduate courses in children’s literature, adolescent literature, and storytelling. As an active member of the American Library Association, she has served on the Newbery, Caldecott, Sibert, and Odyssey Award Committees. Ms. Rockman holds a B.A. degree in English from Dickinson College and an M.L.S. from the University of Pittsburgh.
