Inhaltsangabe

As youth leaders we are the mentors of an emerging generation. This reality should not leave us complacent. It makes us uncomfortable, but it also challenges us to be audacious and radical in our faith as we lead the young people to an enjoyment of their spirituality. Model Leaders will challenge you to live a life that impacts a new generation and to develop effective service by means of one determinative factor: mentoring. In order for your spiritual mentoring to be effective, it is essential that you ask yourself what Jesus’ message was for us and how should we live in accordance with his teachings. In this book you will have the tools you need to achieve credibility, trustworthiness, commitment, integrity, and all with a sparkling fresh spirituality. In addition you will be better able to understand your young people and adolescents, taking into account their essential needs and cultural context.
