Super-optimum solutions refer to policy alternatives that enable liberals, conservatives, or other major viewpoints to exceed their initial best expectations simultaneously. This approach is also applicable to more specific policy problems that relate to labor-management relations, transportation, agriculture, education, employment, and defense.
