BRITT MERRICK grew up working with his father, surfboard designer Al Merrick, for their family's world-famous company, Channel Islands Surfboards. In 2003, Britt, his wife and a few close friends started Reality, a church in his home town of Carpinteria, California, that has grown to include network churches in Los Angeles, Stockton, London and San Francisco. The Reality network is focused on ministry to youth, community transformation, birthing new churches all over the world and equipping the next generation of leaders. Britt lives with his wife, Kate, and their two children in Carpinteria.
