Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Jan Woodard wrote a weekly column, "Texting Thru Cancer," for the Indiana Gazette from May 2016"€"April 2017. She also maintained a weekly blog, "All Shall Be Well," at janwoodard.com. A lifelong learner, Jan earned a BA in social science education and an MA in adult and community education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She was working toward a certificate in spiritual formation at Pittsburgh Theological Seminary, earned her master's degree at age 60, and worked for five years as the director of activities at St. Andrew's Village, a large long-term care facility. She was a staff writer for the Western Pennsylvania Conference of The United Methodist Church for 10 years. Jan enjoyed friends and family, walking, swimming, kayaking, and herb gardening. Sadly, she died during the production of this book.
