They were the days of mass emigration of doctors from Britain and the National Health Service. The fourth and fifth editions were entitled Trends in General Practice (1977 and 1979).

Charlotte y Peter Fiell son dos autoridades en historia, teoría y crítica del diseño y han escrito más de sesenta libros sobre la materia, muchos de los cuales se han convertido en éxitos de ventas.
