Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Les Barclay OBE is a consultant in radiowave propagation and spectrum management. He is also visiting professor at the universities of Lancaster, Surrey and Bradford, where he lectures in radio regulation, spectrum management and propogation. He has been involved in the organisation and lecturing for all IEE residential courses in radiowave propagation, and has latterly chaired the organizing committee for these courses Prior to this, he was the deputy director at the Radiocommunications Agency, responsible for research. He also acted as international chairman of ITU-Study Group 3 on radiowave propagation and chairman on the IEE professional groups on antennas and propagation, as well as on radiocommunications. He is a Fellow of both the Royal Academy of Engineering and the IEE.
