Simon Taylor has been immersed in motor sport for over 45 years as a journalist, publisher and commentator. His working life has been spent largely with Haymarket Publishing, one Britain's foremost publishers of consumer magazines, where he began as Editorial Assistant on Autosport and finished as Chairman. For many years he was BBC radio's voice of motor racing, reporting on Formula 1 from all over the world. Nowadays he is a leading contributor to Motor Sport and Classic & Sports Car magazines.
